Refund policy
What is your return policy? We will gladly accept a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned, at your expense, indicating your request for an exchange or a refund on a copy of the original receipt (in the absence of this request, an exchange of the exact same product will be issued, when available), in unused and in the same condition and in the original packaging in which you received it with a copy of the original receipt (received electronically via email on the day you placed the order) and it must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery. Please note: ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT; failure to include a copy of the original receipt will invalidate the return and there will be no exchange or refund offered. What is your return shipping policy? All return shipments are the buyer’s expense. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have requested a product exchange, the cost of shipping will be billed to your original form of payment at the time of shipping the exchanged product. When shipping any return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we will receive your returned item. The tracking and/or shipping insurance protects you. If we don’t receive your returned item, we cannot process an exchange or a refund.
What is your exchange policy? Once your return indicating a request for an exchange or without any actionable request on a copy of the original receipt is received and inspected (generally within five business days of receiving the returned product), we will send you an email (to the email address we have on file with the purchase) to notify you we have received your returned item and the status of your product exchange including product shipment charges, date and a shipment tracking number. We will mail the return shipment to you on the next two business days.
What is your refund policy? Once your return indicating a request for a refund on a copy of the original receipt is received and inspected (generally within five business days of receiving the returned product), we will send you an email (to the email address we have on file with the purchase) to notify you we have received your returned item and the amount of your refund when appropriate. If you are approved for a refund of any amount, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
What should I do when expecting a refund? If you haven’t received a refund within 20 business days (one month from the date of the refund email) after receiving an email from us stating that a refund is due to you, please first check the credit card or bankcard account on which the original order was placed. Then, if you don’t see it there, contact your credit card or bankcard company as it may take some time before your refund is posted in their system. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at wes_hunt87@yahoo.com and identify what steps you have taken and be sure to include a return email address and a good phone number for us to follow-up with you.
