Shipping policy

Do you offer free shipping? Yes, we are happy to offer free shipping within the contiguous, continental US on all orders over $50.  Simply enter “FreeShip“ in the promo code box on your order page.  At this time, we are only able to offer one promotional code per order.

 

Do you ship outside the USA?  We just ship our product within the contiguous, continental US.

 

When does my order ship? We ship Monday through Friday (except for holidays).  We make every attempt to ship your order within two business days after you place it.  If you place on order on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, it should ship out on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday respectively.  If you place an order on Thursday, it should ship out by the following Monday.  If you place an order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it should ship out by the following Tuesday.

 

What shipping service do you use to ship orders? We use the good ‘ole United States Postal Service (USPS).  “Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds.”

 

Will I receive a shipping tracking number to track my package’s shipping progress? Yes, you will receive a shipping tracking number to track your package just as soon as your order is processed.

 

When should I reasonably expect my order in the mail? You should expect to receive your shipment within 5-7 business days within the contiguous, continental US.
